I offer new trends and mixed medium couture cake designs {fondant & buttercream}, reflecting my unique design style and including any specific requirements to suit each client and event.

Every cake, cupcake & cookie is lovingly handmade to order in my purpose built studio which is Council registered.I have am a qualified Chef with years experience, hold a current Food Safety certificate and I am constantly updating my skills & knowledge by attending workshops with both Australian & international Cake Artists.
